Learners are encouraged to come up with creative ways to draw around a black dot. They had bit of difficulty and once they started they couldn't stop. Its amazing what they can create. All it takes is a random dot to create a masterpiece.

Up and coming Elections

 

Info and research teaches us what is happening in the world today . This session was all about the upcoming elections, the importance of voting, how to vote and all about the various parties.

Right or Left

How amazing are these left and right signs. These helps us distinguish between left and right. We slowly getting there!

VALEDICTORY: Honouring our leavers

  Today was a special Matric Mass in which we honoured, praised and wished our Leavers good luck in their future endeavors. It always makes a parent or a teacher's heart swell with pride when they see their little boys and girls reach this stage of maturation. When they are on the doorstep of entering the big wide world. To each of our truly  remarkable Leavers; you may be leaving our classes, but you are in ours hearts forever. We will savour every minute we have left with you!

Art for breakfast 🖌🖌🖌

 In celebration of our getting to know the BFG, we painted his portrait this morning. Miss Clark thought to make it a little more challenging we should paint with cotton buds. But that only made us work more carefully. We produced some spectacular works! Look how we're concentrating 👀😄.

 Even though we miss our Captain, Mrs. Wagner, we welcomed Ms Gardener- her stand-in-pedagog.  We all get along very well and cannot wait to show Ms Gardener- (and Mrs Wagner) what eager and dedicated students we are. Please enjoy your stay with us 😄.

Back to work

 

Term 4 is a nice and sunny term. Our teacher has included some open air teaching and we like it. Here is Miss Clark and some senior class learners using  number charts to practice counting forwards, backwards and in groups.

Yoga Classes

 Inhale, exhale and stretch those muscles! Our learners love and look forward to these sessions every Friday.
