Today, a few of our learners had the opportunity to practice their balancing acts while they awaited their turn at SARDA. Not only can you see their concentration and focus but also the joy when they accomplished their task. We also spotted one of our learners who has become a curly twin with Teacher Erin!
Today was a thrilling day. Our Junior Class featured in the SMJC Junior School Athletics Day. We lined up with all the other races, got on our marks, set and went for it! Well done to every one of our delightful learners! They are building on their big match temperament 💪

There are few things that make the Junior class this happy. One thing they know is how to read the time when it shows 11 am and its time to board the bus for their weekly therapy. As we turn into the drive way on Blomvlei road , even the the non verbal classmate is joyous and excited.
It is something to behold, to see the child who with so many 'barriers' , get outfitted and mount their steed. That child now moves with purpose and confidence as he or she makes their way through the stages of their lesson. The highlight of our week, SARDA is!
