Spring into Action Day 1

Today marks the beginning of our end of term program named: Spring into Action. As we near the end of the term, the learners will enjoy an alternative and enriching range of activities all under the banner of Spring. Today started with some very special hand print art inspired by Eric Carle's timeless The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Please enjoy the art of this very proud junior class learner.

About Us

St Joseph’s Marist College has a Special Needs Unit(SNU) that caters for learners that are intellectually challenged with a possibility of a comorbid disability. The learners often experience challenges in the following aspects of; reasoning, problem solving, social interaction and emotional immaturity.

We have small classes and a low teacher to student ratio, which helps to maintain a calm environment where our learners are given the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and learn to the best of their ability.

We are committed to recognizing the value of every individual as being unique and believe they have the capacity to learn and to develop to their full potential.
