This week the SARDA riders were invited to attend a special showcase for a very special guest. We arrived at SARDA and were seated in a special area to await our guest. One of our learners were roped in to greet this special visitor. He was with his horse in the paddocks while the visit walked through the stables.
After the tour the special visitor watched some of the SARDA riders - made up of students from the different special needs schools in the Western Cape. After their excellent display of their riding, the special visitor gave a ribbon to each of those riders.
Our special guest was - the ever lovely- Princess Anne.
